Working with Moa
Assigning Repetitive Tasks to Routines
Automatically run recurring tasks at a set time and just receive the results.
Creating a Routine
The most reliable approach is to turn a task that has already run successfully once into a routine as-is.
In the task details, click
Create Routine.Set the run schedule. Choose from daily, weekly, or monthly, and specify a time.
Decide how you want to receive results. Choose from notification, email, or saving as a file to a designated folder.
Check the permission mode and save.
Routine Suggestions
If you send a similar task three or more times, Moa will suggest a routine. The suggestion card shows the conditions used to group the tasks, and you can edit the conditions before saving. If the suggestions are bothersome, turn them off in Settings > Automation.
When a Routine Fails
A routine that stops due to an expired login will retry on the next run.
If it fails two times in a row, the routine is paused and you'll receive a notification.
The step history for each run can be viewed in
Settings > Automation > Run Historyfor 30 days.
Routines that include hard-to-reverse steps, such as payments or transfers, can only be saved in
Confirm Firstmode. The routine will wait at that step until a person confirms it.
